Conditions for Return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

Exclusions:

Perishable or temperature-sensitive items are not eligible for return.

Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
