HOT MOMMA ALMONDS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb Raw Almonds
- 2 Tbsp EVOO
- 1/2 – 1 tsp Very Fine Salt
- 2 tsp Hot Momma Seasoning
DIRECTIONS
Place almonds in a heat proof mixing bowl. Mix in EVOO. Toss coating almonds completely. Pour almonds onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Spread out to get a single layer. Bake 275* for 30 minutes. Flip almonds over halfway through baking. As 25 minutes approaches, watch to ensure almonds do not burn. Take out of oven and pour back into mixing bowl. Add salt and HMS. Use a spatula and mix to coat. Store in an airtight container. Ac-salsa-rize!
