HOT MOMMA PIMENTO JELLY APPETIZERS

INGREDIENTS 

• ½ Cup Hot Momma Pimento Cheese
• ¼ Cup Hot Momma Pepper Jelly
• 1 Tube Crescent Roll
• 4 Slices Bacon

DIRECTIONS 

Preheat oven 350*.  Unroll crescent dough.  Seal seams.  Thinly roll out dough.  Take a biscuit cutter and create 24 circles.  Place in a greased mini muffin pan creating little pie crusts.  Place in oven and bake 15 minutes.  Let cool.  Fry bacon until crispy.  Place on paper towels to drain off any extra grease.  Let cool.  Spoon in 1 tsp pimento cheese in each mini pie and spread.  Spoon in ½ tsp jelly and spread.  Crumble cooled bacon.  Top each with bacon crumbles.  Bake 8-10 minutes.  Ac-salsa-rize!
