HOT MOMMA POTATO CASSEROLE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp Hot Momma Seasoning, any flavor
- 1 Stick Butter, softened
- 2 lb Bag Hash Browns, thawed
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- Topping: 1 Stick Butter, melted and 2 Cups Crushed Corn Flakes
DIRECTIONS
Mix butter and Hot Momma together. Pour in soup and sour cream. Blend. Add cheese and hash browns. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into 9×13” baking dish. Bake 350* for 30 minutes. Sprinkle topping and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Salsalenté!
