HOT MOMMA BREAKFAST MUFFINS
INGREDIENTS
- 20 oz. Bag Hash Browns
- 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Cup Ham, diced
- 8 Eggs
- 2 tsp Hot Momma Seasoning, any flavor
- 2 Tbsp Milk
- Salt and Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven 350*. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except ½ cup cheese. Grease muffin pan. Scoop mixture into each pocket. Sprinkle the remaining cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for a few minutes. Scrape a butter knife around each before lifting out of tin. Ac-salsa-rize!
