HOT MOMMA HASH
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Russet Potatoes, peeled, diced
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Small Onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp Garlic, minced
- 2 Tsp Hot Momma Seasoning, mild or fiery
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 ½ Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Boil potatoes in water until tender, approximately 5-7 minutes. Drain water and set aside. In a large nonstick pan, sauté onion in oil. Add garlic and seasonings. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain off fat and add to potatoes. Mix to combine. Ac-salsa -rize!
