HOT MOMMA BAKED TORTILLA CHIPS
INGREDIENTS
- 8 (8”) Corn Tortillas
- 2 Tbsp EVOO
- 1 tsp Hot Momma Seasoning, mild or fiery con queso
- ½ tsp Salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375*. Combine oil, salt, and Hot Momma Seasoning. Brush each side of your tortillas lightly. Stack and slice into 8 triangles. Evenly spread on a parchment lined large oven tray. Bake 6 minutes. Remove from oven. Turn triangles over. Bake for another 6 minutes or until edges just begin to brown. Transfer chips to a cooling rack. Ac-salsa-rize!
