HOT MOMMA CHEEZILLAS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pkg 6” Corn Tortillas
- 2 Tbsp EVOO
- 3 tsp Hot Momma Seasoning, mild or fiery con queso
- ½ tsp Everyday Seasoning
- 3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350*. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Pour oil into a small dish. Use a pastry brush to brush oil on each side of the tortillas. Stack the tortillas after brushing. Use a pizza cutter and quarter the tortillas. Pour cheese and seasonings into a gallon zip type bag and mix. Put chips into the bag and shake to coat. Pour the chips in single layer onto baking sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes. Flip over halfway through. Keep an eye on them so they do not burn. Transfer chips to a cooling rack. Ac-salsa-rize!
