My mom always knew if there was a short cut, I would find it. I do my cooking for the week on Sundays. One of my short cuts is I brown ground beef ahead of time and freeze. When I need ground beef, I can take it out of the freezer. It’s already browned, saving me a step, and it’s frozen flat, so it thaws faster! All I do is take 2lbs of meat, brown it until it’s no longer pink, add 1 Tbsp Everyday Seasoning, and allow it to cool. Put it in a quart sized freezer bag and put it in the frig overnight. Put it in the freezer and take it out when you need ground beef! Tacos, spaghetti, lasagna, nachos, chili, hamburger helper meals, etc.
