HOT MOMMA CHILI IN A JAR
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Quart Jar with Lid
- ¼ Cup Chili Powder
- 2 Tbsp Dried Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Hot Momma Seasoning, mild or fiery
- 1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
- 2 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 Tbsp Dried Parsley
- 1 Cup Dried Pinto Beans
- ½ Cup Dried Black Beans
- 1 Cup Dried Kidney Beans
INGREDIENTS TO PREPARE
- 2 lbs Ground Meat, browned and drained of grease
- 3 Quarts Beef Broth
- 56 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
- 8 oz Can Tomato Paste
- Salt and Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, mix onion and garlic. In another small bowl, mix chili powder, Hot Momma Seasoning, and oregano. Layer ingredients into the jar beginning with kidney beans, onion mixture, pinto beans, black beans, Hot Momma Seasoning mixture, parsley, and on top cumin. Seal the jar. Attach a note to inform the additional ingredients needed to prepare chili. This is fantastic in the crockpot for 8-10 hours on low. Ac-salsa-rize!
