HOT MOMMA MOZZ-ATO APPETIZER
INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz Fresh Mozzarella Balls, drained
- 40 or so Cherry Tomatoes
- ½ tsp Very Fine Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp Hot Momma Seasoning, mild or fiery
- 1 Cup EVOO
DIRECTIONS
In a mixing bowl, combine oil, salt and seasoning. Poke a hole in the tomatoes with a toothpick where the stem would be. Add tomatoes. Fold to coat. Add mozzarella balls. Fold to coat. Allow to marinate overnight. Either serve by spoonful or create little shish-kabobs using toothpicks. Salsalenté!
