HOT MOMMA CHORIZO MUFFINS
INGREDIENTS
- 12 Eggs
- ½ tsp Pepper
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Hot Momma Seasoning, any flavor
- 1 lb Chorizo
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
DIRECTIONS
Brown and crumble chorizo. Drain and set aside. Mix eggs, and all the seasonings. Spray liberally muffin tin. Divide the chorizo into the 12 muffin holes. Divide ¼ Cup of cheese into 12 holes. Divide the eggs into the 12 holes filling no higher than ¾ high. Bake 350* for 20 minutes. Add the remaining cheese. Bake for an additional 10 minutes. Serve immediately or can be frozen. Salsalenté!
