HOT MOMMA CORNBREAD
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp Hot Momma Seasoning, any flavor
- 1 ½ Cup Self rising Cornmeal
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 3 Jalapeño Peppers, remove stem, chopped
- 1 Can Cream Style Corn
- 1-2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
DIRECTIONS
Mix all but cheese. Place ½ of the mix in a 9×13” baking pan. Add cheese then other ½ mix. Bake 350* for 45-50 minutes. Salsalenté!
