HOT MOMMA MUSHROOMS
INGREDIENTS
- 2/3 Cup Tarragon Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 ½ tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Hot Momma Seasoning, mild or fiery
- 1 lb Fresh Mushrooms
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 Sweet Red Pepper, cored, sliced
DIRECTIONS
Combine vinegar, oil, water, sugar, salt, and seasoning. Toss in mushrooms, onion, and pepper to coat. Refrigerate overnight. Strain before serving. Salsalenté!
